| Highlights of the Week =)* Barton Creek Mall with lainey - I've always loved the view of downtown from there, and i've missed driving over town lake...
* Kona Grill with DIE =) jessica simpson moments! (tho i don't remember any...shucks) yummm...avocado egg rolls!
* sobering up at Domain - cute new store, i forgot the name, it was kinda a weird name, weird picture poses with the.."animals"?, St. Thomas' video mirror, seeing elaine's facial lady
* Cohort E excitement. We dominated at screaming and we were the only ones Dr. Fields stood up to hug. And i got to sit between Jenny and Cameron - two fave people in cohort e.
* Cousin Tim surprised me at graduation! that was AWESOME! awesome awesome awesome - i had no idea!
* Bundles and Bundles of FLOWERS! they were all SO SO gorgeous! Thank you guys!
* TGIFriday's with the ridiculous service and silly, immature brothers. haha, Vday memories.
* MARIO KART! Thanks to tim, mike, jeannie, sarah, elaine, panda, julia, cindy, and etc. for all beating me ruthlessly in battles =)

* Tubing the long route - man, the second part was even more fun. the dams freaked me out, but we hit the right crevice and went smoooth sailing! we bummed music off this other group - jtimberlake and tim mcgraw! somebody threw a jello shot at my mom and gregg got stuck at this huge overhang. j & k apparently love catching minnows and hate the cold. they were such good sports though and stuck it out till the end.
* Rudy's - 4 newbies = samples! Gah, i wanted to throw up i ate so much.
* Nick and his what is it..."Dick in a Box" video? hahaha. it's even funnier when Sarah says it.
* Playing spit with KJ - why does he always win?
* SLUMBER PARTY!!! 3 girls in 2 beds and 1 on the floor
* Brunch with Vox - our table was fun. I can't believe the staff is all moving to East Austin - that'S AWESOME! We're doing it! Noah and his little recorder - omg, hilarious, not to mention gross with snot running outta his one nostril and spit dripping outta his recorder.
* Cooked lunch for E, and got almond milk tea in return =)
* Shopping in teachers' closets!! 20 kids barricading me with hugs and knocking bookshelves over. I still remember the day they all found out I was chinese...like a month ago..."I have a Chinese teacher?! WHOAA!"
* Holding baby Ben for hours till he fell asleep on me - sigh, i love holding babies! He didn't even scream like he does with his mom!
* Netty Pots...LOL
* Heroes finale - which didn't make a lot of sense to me. Why didn't Peter just absorb Nathan's flying abilities and fly off with Claire?
* Poetry Anthologies to the class. Marisela at the front office is hilarious - the most joyful woman with an accent =) "I don't like people with accents!" "So you don't like all of us cuz we have a different accent?" "No, I don't like me because I have an accent". haha, she doesn't mean it.
* Cooking dinner for Wenny. "Is this mozzarella? Doesn't taste like it..." "I hate married people! I'm serious!" ha, wenny...
* Locking ourselves out of the apt. Some guy neighbors downstairs asked us to help them move furniture in return for giving us mgmt's number...
* Seeing Adam working at Starbucks - he almost didn't recognize us.
* Anni =) floss and a tampon - hahahhaah
* Saba by myself. I've got a new fave mojito now - CRANBERRY =) Thanks for the suggestion, bartender! and for helping me pick out somewhere for dinner with the coworkers.

| ohhh geez....my brother freaking browses youtube now...he is getting oh-so-big!
so last week, we went to
mccormick&schmidts
for their happy hour. i looved their chzburger and fries, but their
calamari SUCKED. the other day, a coworker was mentioning how
after working at pappadeaux, we all get snobbish about other
restaurants. hehe, i am a victim of that as well =/ keep me in
line, folks!
M&S had live music in a lil corner of their bar, and this girl,
this 23 yr old girl, opened her mouth to sing and out came ella
fitzgerald, etta james, or another famous old-time jazz singer.
me and elaine popped our heads toward each other in that moment and we
were just in sooo much awe. of course, her mic was a lil spiked
with vocal effects, but no matter! we fell in looooove.

cwan and peter came into town, that was fun! i played with tmac
till i got all nasty and slobbery. we practiced tricks and
commands like catch-the-dog-food, roll over, sit, down, stay, and then
i tried to teach him to leave his treat on his nose until i said he
could have it, but that boy knows where that food is at all
times! and then we would chase each other around my living room =)

on thursday, sandy came back into town for her sister's bachelorette
party. she filled us in on the woes of coordinating such things
because of picky bridesmaids. we had satc night at macaroni
grill, or as jay calls it, ehh...kev, how does jay call it?

i wanted to check out first thursday down on south congress, but sandy
had to rush back to her maid of honor duties. but not before we
had a lil more fun =)

sandy/dar had a mini photo shoot and then we tried to do the amy's photobooth, but it never printed out our pics =/
when sandy left, the three of us decided to stay up north and wait for
the 1159 showing of talladega nights. we passed time at barnes
flipping through our beloved magazines.
